Mogden Sewage Treatment Works Resilience

Mogden Sewage Treatment Works is the third-largest wastewater treatment facility in the UK, treating wastewater for over 2 million people across north and west London. Resilience projects are required to improve capacity, upgrade equipment, and enhance performance against population growth and climate change impacts.

The project involved the design, construction and commission of a resilience scheme, to support the works to reliably and sustainably meet its flow and quality consent.

Our services included providing commercial resources to manage the project from inception to completion including tendering and procurement, cost reporting, change control, assessing and certifying payments, approving sub-contractors and overseeing the main contractor’s procurement processes, managing risk, auditing and closing out the final accounts for all project costs.
